Thank you for shopping at Lumirela. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs and what to expect after your purchase.

Order processing

Unless otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after midday, at the weekend or on a public holiday will start being processed on the next business day.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, and if the shipping method allows it, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping methods and delivery times

The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, start from the moment the order is dispatched and may be affected by carrier delays, the weather or other events beyond our control. If you do not receive your order within 30 calendar days of purchase, you can cancel it and we will refund you in full.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, the weight of the order and the shipping method chosen. Free standard shipping may be available on some orders, as shown at checkout.

Customs, taxes and other applicable charges for Canada

All prices include applicable taxes, duties and import charges. The amount you pay at checkout is the total: you will not have to pay anything else on delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link, where applicable. Please note that tracking information may take a little while to update.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, charges and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at the time of payment will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send you a new one or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. If it is delayed, we will help you sort it out with the carrier.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes before it is dispatched, but once it is in transit we can no longer modify it. Even so, you still have your 15-day period to return it under our returns policy. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be made to the original payment method as soon as possible.
